You assist the Director of Revenue Management, Revenue Manager and Revenue Executive of Starwood Hotels the Netherlands. Your collect data and look at trends in the marketplace to ensure the right decisions are made in our price strategy, you help with forecasting based on these trends and on historical data. You are in close contact with the teams of sales, events and online Marketing, to make sure the revenues are optimized. Start date to be advised

The F&B Cost Control department makes sure that all goods ordered and delivered for the hotel are being received, registered and controlled in the F&B operation. The F&B Cost Control department works for both hotels in Amsterdam; Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Hotel Pulitzer. There is a large variety in F&B venues and products within both hotels.
