Functieomschrijving
During your internship your responsibilities will include;
- Taking reservations, confirming them via telephone or email and registering them in the Guest database.
- Ordering the beverages, wines, food items and other non food items like office supplies in our Purchase system.
- In charge of maintaining and updating Roberto’s website with news, changes in the menu, press releases.
- Menu engineering; preparing weekly menu, a la carte menu, special group menus.
- Attending the weekly function sheet meeting, keeping track of changes on function sheets and communicating details accordingly.
- Attending the daily morning meetings
- Marketing & promotion; website updates, designing promotional flyers etc. to be displayed in the hotel and creating special packages.
- Making schedules for the Half Moon Lounge and Roberto’s Restaurant.
- Vacation registration.
- Creating a welcome booklet for new Team Members
- Searching for the newest magazines and books for our library in Roberto’s
- Keeping track of the financial performance of Roberto’s and the Half Moon Lounge
- Preparing the monthly reporting
- Checking our Guest Satisfaction system on a daily base
