Functieomschrijving
During your internship, your main responsibilities will include:
SERVICE TO GUESTS:
• Ensure a consistent and convincing standard of service and maintain all the service standards and Hilton Policies
• Providing pro-active service to anticipate all our guest needs
• To be polite, courteous and efficient in dealing with guests
• Ensuring guest satisfaction during function
COMMUNICATION & COOPERATION;
• Take over from the previous shift and obtain all relevant information at the start of the special events
KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS:
• Set up the rooms to the correct standard before service
• Knows how to use S.O.P. + menu
MIS-EN-PLACE & CHECKING;
• To set up next shift for success that the delivery of a consistent service and product can be guaranteed
• Ensure that the Meeting and Conference Centre is clean at all times
• Keep pantries clean and organised
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
Uw profiel
- MBO/HBO education, preferably Hotelschool/Facility Management
- Traineeship: minimum of 5 months. Starting August 2012
